1. This central and bottom sealing bag making machine is to make T shape bag and central with bottom sealing bag from BOPP, PET, CCP, Nylon, co-extrusion film, aluminum foil, metalized laminating film etc.
2.Whole machine controlled by central PLC control system, various parameters of operation can be displayed by dynamic screen.
3. Driven by double servos, double inverters and twice motor working for unwinding ensure material go through stably.
4. Unwinding tension controlled by PCL automatic tension controller, equipped with magnetic powder brake and frequency conversion speed regulation for unwinding.
5. LPC automatic deviation-rectifying for unwinding, unwinding deviation-rectifying forming method: first forming then sealing.
6. Combination spring press sealing device for longitudinal sealing
7.Combination spring press sealing device for horizontal sealing, Combination cooling device driven by servo motor.
8. Middle tension driven by servo motor, dancing roller for tension detective, compensate and control the step length of middle servo motor, ensure the both edges of pouch neat and stable.
